Do you sell books online or in person?
Rosebound Bookshop will soon offer both in-store and online shopping. Our Morris Plains location is currently being prepared for opening, and our online shop is available now. Follow us on social media or join our newsletter for grand opening updates and announcements.
What does “curated” mean at Rosebound?
Every book in our shop is hand-selected for its emotional pull, immersive world, or romantic atmosphere. We choose stories we truly believe in — not books based on trends or algorithms.
What kind of books do you carry?
We specialize in romance, fantasy, and romantasy (romance blended with fantasy) reads that feel immersive, character-driven, and unforgettable.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During launches, holidays, or pop-up-heavy weeks, shipping may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to our small, carefully curated inventory, all sales are final. However, we gladly accept exchanges or store credit within 7 days of purchase with a receipt and the book in unused condition.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
Inventory & Requests
Can I request a book you don’t currently carry?
Yes! While our shelves are curated, we’re happy to hear reader requests and will do our best to source titles our community wants to read.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special requests?
Yes. We’re happy to offer simple gift wrapping upon request. You can leave a note at checkout letting us know it’s a gift, and we’ll package it thoughtfully.
If you’d like to include a short handwritten message, just add it in the order notes and we’ll include it with your shipment.
Supporting Authors
Do you support local or indie authors?
Yes. Rosebound is passionate about supporting independent and local authors, especially those writing romance, romantasy, fantasy, and story-driven fiction that aligns with our shop’s aesthetic. Please see our Contact page for our Author Submission Form.
Events & Pop-Ups
Do you host author events or signings?
Yes! Rosebound Bookshop plans to host author signings, release events, and reader gatherings after our Morris Plains location opens. Events will be thoughtfully selected based on genre fit and community interest.

Are you available for private events?
We plan to host select in-store events such as book clubs, release parties, and reader gatherings after we open. As our event calendar grows, we may offer opportunities for private gatherings and special events.

Not yet — but it's coming!
We plan to launch a Rosebound Book Club focused on romance, romantasy, and fantasy reads with thoughtful discussion and curated monthly selections.
