At Rosebound Bookshop, we want you to love what you ordered. Please review our refund policy below before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all book sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Books (including “blind date with a book” purchases)
Digital products
Sale or discounted items

This policy helps us keep our inventory carefully curated and fairly priced.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@roseboundbookshop.com.

When reaching out, please include:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Lost Packages

Rosebound Bookshop is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’re happy to help provide tracking information if needed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
