Six Scorched Roses

Some bargains are written in blood—and sealed with desire.

Six Scorched Roses is a lush fantasy romance novella set in the dark, dangerous world of Crowns of Nyaxia. When a sharp-witted alchemist makes a desperate deal with a powerful vampire, what follows is a slow-burning, intimate story of attraction, agency, and choosing your own fate—even when the cost is steep.

Carissa Broadbent excels at blending emotional depth with high-stakes fantasy, and this novella delivers intensity in every page. It’s seductive, atmospheric, and deeply character-driven—proof that even shorter stories can leave a lasting burn.
